Experience the seamless integration of SmartPM with Xist® and Xfh® Ultra. This integration empowers you to perform comprehensive evaluations of your heat exchanger and fired heater performance based on real-time monitoring data.
Through integration with the Xist calculation engine, SmartPM can
- synchronize exchanger geometry and physical properties
- create Xist files that are populated with real plant data
- extend monitoring capabilities to additional exchanger types, such as kettle reboilers and electric heaters
- monitor additional parameters linked to potential problems, such as flow-induced vibration and corrosion
SmartPM connects with Xfh Ultra for detailed fired heater modeling. Fired heater monitoring data is used to track performance. Important key performance indicators (e.g., efficiency and bridge wall temperature) can be tracked over time, allowing for proactive issue resolution by optimizing operations and ensuring safety and reliability.

- EMBaffles – Available to all users without a separate agreement license.
