HTRI products are subject to U.S. export control sanctions and regulations including those of the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the regulations administered by the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Under U.S. export control laws, HTRI products may not be transferred to restricted countries or to restricted parties. Restricted countries include countries subject to a U.S. embargo. Restricted parties include individuals, companies, and entities identified on a U.S. Government restricted party list. Also, HTRI products may not be transferred to, or utilized by an end-user engaged in restricted activities. Generally, HTRI products have an export classification of EAR99 which means the products do not have a specifically assigned Export Control Classification Number (“ECCN”). An export license may be required for activities involving a sanctioned or embargoed country, or a restricted end-user or end-use. Consult your company's export compliance expert to determine the specific controls that may apply to your business activities.
